CHIROPRACTIC AND GARDENING

With some lovely spring weather and time on our hands, the gardening season is in full swing. 

This may be taking a toll on our backs and it is at this time of year that Chiropractors will often see an increase in back and joint problems from gardening activities.

TOP TIPS TO PROTECT YOUR BACK

If you do experience any pain in your back during or after gardening, avoid the temptation to go in and lie down. it is generally better to keep moving with short spells of sitting or lying, limited to 10 -15 minutes at a time only.
